My work is shaped by over 20 years of international leadership across EMEA and LATAM, including senior roles with global organisations such as AB InBev, Red Bull, Dell, McAfee and Trellix, combined with postgraduate coaching training at University College Cork. I understand both the pressure of performance and the importance of staying human within it.
